Common Returns Questions

RETURN

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept a return. 

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How long will it take to ship my return?

Standard shipping returns should return to our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days following drop off at your local mailing center. 

How long will it take to process my return?

It can take 3-5 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It can take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to generate the refund back to your original form of payment. 

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days. That are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Preferably in their original packaging.

Can I return final sale items?

At this time, returns cannot be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.”

Can I return items from more than one order in the same box?

You’re able to return all of your items in the same box. Please include all return or original order documents to ensure smooth processing. 






EXCHANGE

We'll gladly accept an exchange. 

Is it easy to exchange items?

You can request an exchange during the returns flow. You will need to select the "Is this an exchange?" checkbox and enter any relevant details (i.e.: what is being exchanged for) in the comments field.

When will I receive my new items?

Once you have dropped your returnable items to your local mail center customer service will be in contact to continue shipping out your new items. 

What if my exchange order costs less than my original order?

You will get a refund back to the original form of the payment provided.

What if my exchange order costs more than my original order?

You will be emailed a new order to complete by entering your credit card information for the balance.

How do I exchange an item I believe to be damaged?

During your returns flow, click “My Order Was Damaged.” if this is an exchange elect the "Is this an exchange?"  returning the damaged items with the shipping label provided.

 If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, you can also contact support@sebastianfierri.com and include the following info:

- The original order number 

- A short description of the damage

- Photographs of the defective or damaged item would be helpful

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international orders. Therefore, international customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have any further questions please contact support@sebastianfierri.com
